The Plantation Bar and Bistro is the perfect setting for a casual yet sophisticated dining experience.  Executive chef Justin Brekalo has sourced an abundance of local ingredients to create an exceptional bistro menu.

The menu ranges from pub favorites to the highest quality, locally sourced steaks. With the devotion to local and seasonal produce, the bistro menu will be regularly updated to ensure only the highest quality ingredients are used.

Bistro is open for lunch from Midday to 3pm & Dinner from 5.30pm.
